Company Overview: A global infrastructure business building technology for tokenised finance. Its platform enables institutions and financial businesses to issue and operate tokenised financial instruments across areas including real estate, hedge funds and money market funds.

Role Description: The Chief Product & Technology Officer will lead the company’s product and engineering function, taking ownership of its technology vision, product roadmap, architecture, infrastructure and security.

You will work closely with the CEO, CFO and wider leadership team to shape company strategy. This remains a hands-on position, so you must be comfortable contributing code, reviewing pull requests and working directly with the engineering team.

Who are we looking for:

Requirements: A proven senior product and technology leader with experience building and shipping production-grade decentralised protocols and products.

You will need deep, hands-on Solidity experience and previous experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, Head of Product and Engineering, or in a comparable technical leadership role.

Strong experience leading and growing engineering teams is essential, alongside a solid understanding of architecture, DevOps, infrastructure, security and smart contract audits.

You must be comfortable representing the technology function with clients, partners and senior stakeholders while contributing to wider company strategy.

Experience within finance, asset management or a traditional financial institution would be beneficial.
